As a young family, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, amazing sauna, and excellent pool facilities. The kids had a blast with the train, electric cars, and pony rides. The breakfast buffet was great and constantly replenished.
We felt well taken care of, and there was nothing to complain about.

Located amidst beautiful views and close to scenic shops and lookouts, we enjoyed a lovely stay with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. The pool area was undergoing refurbishments, but the location by the lower lake more than made up for it. We also loved dining at the three different restaurants and catching a movie at the cinemas. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean with a relaxing shower.
The bar/cafe situated by the front entrance could do with some improvement in service speed.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel, nestled amidst greenery on a golf course. The location is just 10 minutes drive from the Three Sister's lookout point, which was breathtaking. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly reception desk to the ones who helped me with upgrade room and quick service. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and tours/ticket assistance being available. The leisure spa & wellness center was a highlight, the heated indoor swimming pool was just like a warm embrace, and the spa lounge was perfect for relaxation. The full body massage was rejuvenating, and the garden area was great for lounging. The outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also great for relaxation. The facilities such as 24-hour reception, bar/ lounge area and fitness center were impressive. The dining restaurant served delicious food with a range of options to choose from - perfect for any cravings. The picnic area/ tables, outdoor dining area and restaurant, with friendly staff providing a welcome drink, were all great.
I highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a luxurious stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and we safe area. the Embers restaurant had a beautiful cute fireplace and we enjoyed our breakfast there.

The surroundings were beautiful and calming. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace after a long day of exploring. The food was also flavorful and satisfying, especially the breakfast buffet.

The food at the hotel was disappointing. Both the room service and restaurant meals were lackluster and overpriced.
